Italian Beef Stir-Fry
Italian Beef Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut thin, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced and 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and stir garlic in oil in wok for 1 minute.
Add sliced beef (1/2 at a time). Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove.
Add zucchini; stir-fry until tender.
Return beef to wok with tomatoes and dressing.
Heat through.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
