Made with 24 c. tomatoes, washed and quartered, 1 c. onion, diced, 1 c. green pepper, chopped, 2 to 3 c. jalapeño peppers, sliced thin or chopped or 8 oz. jar purchased jalapeños (save liquid and use in place of vinegar, if more flavor desired) and 3/4 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together the ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
