Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped, 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken and 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic in margarine for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Before serving, stir in a little Tabasco sauce, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
