Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 large chopped green peppers, 1 c. white rice and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook bacon.
Remove and drain.
Saute onion and peppers.
Add rice and stir to coat.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Place in ovenproof pan or dish, cover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
