Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, 2 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 8 pork sausage links, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove skin from chicken, if desired.
Place chicken, water, salt and pepper in Dutch oven.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
