John'S Stir-Fry Deer Meat Over Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. deer meat, cut into thin strips, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. sesame oil and green onions and garlic (as much as you want), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the brown sugar with the deer meat.
Let set about 20 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and the sesame oil.
Mix well.
