Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb lean ground beef, 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, 1 (12 oz) can tomato paste, 1 tomato paste can of water and 1 tbsp basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef and drain; add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, salt, garlic and water, and simmer for 30 minutes.
In bowl, beat eggs; add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and black pepper.
Cook noodles according to directions on box, drain and rinse.
In large (9x13-inch) glass baking dish layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, then meat sauce.
Repeat the layers and sprinkle with additional parmedan cheese, if desired. Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
