Little Applesauce Muffins
Little Applesauce Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. applesauce and 1 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until light and fluffy.
Beat in applesauce.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to butter mixture.
Stir just enough to moisten.
Spoon into 36 greased mini-muffin cups.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or just until golden.
While warm, dip tops or all sides into melted butter and then into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Very good served warm.
Makes 36.
