Lo Mein (Beef or Chicken)
Lo Mein (Beef Or Chicken) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast or round steak, 1 onion, chopped, 3 carrots, sliced thin, 3 stalks celery, sliced thin and 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice chicken or beef in thin strips.
Stir-fry in 1 tablespoon oil until done.
Remove from pan.
Stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil.
When done, add chicken or beef to pan along with Yoshida sauce.
Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
