Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. elbow macaroni, 2 tbsp. diced green peppers, 1 c. diced celery, 1 onion, diced and 2 hard-cooked eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook elbow macaroni; rinse until cold and drain.
Add peppers, carrots, celery, onion, chopped hard-cooked eggs and salt.
Mix in a pan the sugar, mustard, egg, vinegar and water.
Stir until warm; thicken with a little flour and water.
Pour over macaroni; mix.
May be served warm or chilled.
