Martin's Cheesecake
Martin'S Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cream cheese, softened, 1 lb. cottage cheese, 4 beaten eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice or realemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blend cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add and blend eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
Gradually fold in flour, cornstarch and sugar.
Add and blend sour cream with butter or margarine.
Blend well and pour into a 9-inch loose bottom cheesecake type pan that has been greased and lined with graham cracker meal crust.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Open the oven door one notch and let stand for 2 hours with oven turned off.
Remove and cool on rack.
