Mom's Pancakes
Mom'S Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 c. sour milk or 1 tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk, or 1 c. buttermilk), 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

With electric mixer, beat 1 egg.
Add milk.
Add remaining ingredients as you continue mixing.
Cook in electric skillet or frying pan (nonstick surface or lightly oiled) at 360Β°.
I cook 4 pancakes at a time (approximately 2 tablespoons of batter for each).
Flip over with a spatula when batter is covered with bubbles on top side.
Cook another minute or so after flipping. Makes approximately 14 pancakes (3 to 4 inches in diameter).
