Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside. Cream margarine or butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Chill until dough is firm enough to roll.
Roll 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut with floured cookie cutter.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 5 to 6 minutes in 425Β° oven.
