Muffuletta
A muffuletta is a New Orleans round sandwich stacked with sesame bread, olive salad, salami, mortadella, ham, provolone, and mozzarella. Press it so the briny olive oil soaks into every slice.

Split the sesame loaf and scoop a little bread from the center if it is very thick.
Spread chopped olive salad and its oil generously over both cut sides.
Layer salami, mortadella, ham, provolone, and mozzarella evenly.
Close, press briefly, and cut into wedges so the colorful layers show.
