My Family'S Christmas Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown and drain sausage and set aside.
Add eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
Beat one minute on medium.
Stir in cheese, bread and sausage.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled.
