My Mom's Cheesecake
My Mom'S Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers, 1 stick butter, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt butter; mix with graham crackers and press on bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
Beat 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
Pour on crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Take out of oven; let set 30 minutes.
Mix sour cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Put on warm cake; put back in oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
Put in fridge when cooled.
Can be served with fresh strawberries or blueberries.
