Old Fashioned Peach Ice Cream
Old Fashioned Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed fresh ripe peaches, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. almond extract, 1 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine peaches with 1/3 cup sugar and almond extract; set aside.
Combine the 1 cup sugar, salt and flour in saucepan. Blend in eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
Add remaining milk and cook over low heat until mixture coats a metal spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in pure vanilla extract and cream.
Pour into a 2-quart freezer can.
When half frozen, add peaches.
