Open-Face Beef Tenderloin Sandwiches
Open-Face Beef Tenderloin Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 center cut beef tenderloin (about 2 1/4 lb.), 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 loaves italian bread, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to very hot, 450°.
Rub beef with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on rack in roasting pan.
