Oven Barbecued Ribs
Oven Barbecued Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. pork spare ribs, 1 c. catsup, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Advance preparation
In Dutch oven, add salted water to ribs to cover.
Cover pan; simmer until almost done, about 1 hour. Drain ribs.
Place in shallow baking pan.
In saucepan, combine 1 cup water, salt, ketchup and next 6 ingredients.
Bring to boil. Cook and stir 5 minutes.
Add onion and lemon.
Spoon over ribs; cover.
Chill up to 24 hours.
Before serving, bake uncovered at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Baste often.
Serves 4.
