Oven Barbecued Steak
Oven Barbecued Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 3/4 c. ketchup and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into 10 serving pieces.
In large skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat.
Remove to Dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet; simmer 5 minutes.
Pour ketchup mixture over meat.
Cover and bake 2 hours at 350Β°.
(Excellent with venison.)
