Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. cornflake crumbs, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. paprika and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
Combine milk and egg. Beat with fork in shallow dish.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
Place on roasting pan, foil lined. Drizzle butter over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
