Oven Fried Potatoes
Oven Fried Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Arrange potato wedges, peel sides down, in shallow baking dish, 9 x 13-inch pan or 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Mix oil, cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper; brush over all the potatoes.
