Peach Ice Cream
Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 fresh peaches, 2 c. low-fat milk, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop enough peaches to measure 1 cup.
Purée remaining peaches to measure 2 1/2 cups purée.
Combine milk and gelatin in medium saucepan.
Heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add chopped peaches, purée, yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract to gelatin mixture, mixing well.
Pour mixture into ice cream canister.
Prepare an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
Makes 7 cups, 85 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
