Peaches and Cream Cheesecake
Peaches And Cream Cheesecake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 1/4 oz. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant) and 3 tbsp. soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine first 7 ingredients, beat 2 minutes on medium speed; pour into greased pie plate or pan.
Place drained peaches over batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice; beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Spoon over prepared pan within 1 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top and bake 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Filling will appear soft.
Store in refrigerator.
