Polish Cookies(Chrusciki) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 4 egg yolks, 2 c. flour, 10x sugar and vegetable shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sour cream and egg yolks.
Blend in flour to make a soft dough; knead until combined.
Roll out, using flour to prevent sticking, until thin.
Cut into strips about 1 inch wide. About every 2 inches, cut on a diagonal to make diamond shapes. Make slit in center of each; push one end through to make a bow tie.
Fry in hot fat until brown.
Drain and cool; sprinkle with 10x sugar.
