Brown pork over medium heat, adding garlic salt and white pepper while stirring.
In a 1 1/2 to 2 gallon pot. Add tomatoes, jalapeños, onion and 1/2 gallon water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer hours.
Pepper to taste.
Add pinto beans.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the oil to float to the top.
Remove oil, heat and serve.
