Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 2 hours 24 minutes. Made with celery, sliced, medium onion, chopped, . butter, melted, medium potatoes, cubed and c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute celery and onion in butter in a large Dutch oven until tender.
Add potatoes, water, bouillon cubes, seasoned salt, rosemary, garlic powder and black pepper.
Cover and simmer about minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat and mash potatoes.
Add milk and cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
Yields 10 cups.
