Quick Chicken-Shrimp Gumbo
Quick Chicken-Shrimp Gumbo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Drain and coarsely chop tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Cook green pepper and onion in butter in a large saucepan until tender but not brown. Stir in flour.
