Rhubarb Custard Pie

Combine all ingredients except 9-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle an additional tablespoon of flour over the bottom of the crust.
Pour the rhubarb mixture into the crust.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 375°. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking another 1/2 hour or until custard is set.
