Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. carolina rice, 1 c. water, 1 qt. milk, 6 to 7 tbsp. sugar (to taste) and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil rice and water slowly until rice absorbs all the water. Add cold milk to rice and simmer.
Add sugar and vanilla (or lemon peel).
Dilute flour in 1/4 cup of water and add to milk mixture, stirring to make sure it doesn't stick.
After it comes to a boil, remove from burner.
Beat eggs and then add to milk mixture (as we do when we make soup).
Mixture should be thick. If not, simmer a little bit more.
Be careful not to curdle eggs.
