Roast Beef Italiano
Roast Beef Italiano is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. beef chuck roast, 1 garlic bud, 1 c. diced green pepper, 1 c. diced onion and 1/2 c. tomato catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Roll roast in flour; brown in hot oil.
Place in heavy roaster pan.
Add all dry seasonings.
Top roast with sliced garlic bud, diced onion, green pepper, horseradish and catsup, then add 1 cup water around meat.
Cover roaster.
Place in 350Β° oven for 3 to 4 hours, until very tender.
Garnish with ripe olives, tomato wedges and parsley.
