Salmon Burgers
Salmon Burgers is an moderately easy grilled dish you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with egg beaters, (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, c. soft bread crumbs (5 slices), c. chopped green onions and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. About 45 minutes before serving, in a bowl, mix egg, salmon, crumbs, green onion and celery; mix well.
Shape mixture firmly into 6 patties.
In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, fry patties 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, prepare Hollandaise sauce mix as label directs.
Top each muffin half with salmon patty; spoon on sauce.
