Salsa

Made with 20 large tomatoes, 10 jalapeño peppers (take out seeds for more mild sauce), 2 large onions, chopped fine, 5 green peppers, chopped fine and 2 cloves garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Scald and peel tomatoes.
Cut into small pieces.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
To thicken salsa, add 4 tablespoons cornstarch or up to 1/2 cup if thicker sauce is desired.
