Sauerkraut and Noodle Casserole
Sauerkraut And Noodle Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked medium width noodles, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut and 1 c. diced or shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put noodles to cook in plenty of boiling salted water.
Drain sauerkraut; rinse in cold water and drain again.
Spread about 3/4 of sauerkraut in a greased shallow 1 1/2-quart dish.
When noodles are barely tender, drain and add butter.
Toss and spread over sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and most of cheese.
For color, add a few strips of pimento.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
