Seafood Casserole Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, 1 can chicken with rice soup and 1 c. (7.5 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In skillet, brown rice with butter.
Add mushrooms with liquid and remaining ingredients.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, covered, for 55 minutes at 350Β°.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
