Seafood Gumbo
Seafood Gumbo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 2 qt. water, 2 1/2 lb. fresh okra, 1 pt. raw oysters and 6 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter.
Add flour.
Make a smooth paste; stir constantly over fire until a rich brown, being careful not to burn.
Add water, tomatoes and okra (chopped fine).
Cook slowly for 1 hour. Add crab, oysters, shrimp (picked and deveined) and fish (minus bones and skin).
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add seasonings.
Soup should be thick.
