Seafood Gumbo
Seafood Gumbo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. flour, 2 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1 gal. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make roux with oil and flour.
Add onions and celery.
Cook until onions are wilted.
Add water and garlic.
Cook in heavy pot, uncovered, over medium heat for 1 hour.
Season with peppers.
Add shrimp, parsley and fish to mixture.
Cook another 15 minutes.
Add oysters and let come to boil.
