Seafood Rice Bowl
Seafood Rice Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiled rice, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine rice with rest of ingredients.
Chestnuts should be drained and sliced.
Mix well and pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Toast almonds.
Sprinkle mixture with nuts, cheese and some paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
