Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
Combine flour and seasonings; blend into onion mixture.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and vinegar until smooth.
Add tomatoes and okra, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add shrimp and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
