Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

Beat egg, sugar, sour cream and oil until blended.
Combine dry ingredients (flour, soda and salt).
Add to other ingredients and beat until blended. Stir in blueberries and scrape sides with spatula combining all ingredients.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin pans or muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
