Sour Cream Rolls
Sour Cream Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. water, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. melted butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Blend sour cream and sugar with 1 stick butter, melted.
Stir into yeast mixture with eggs, flour and salt.
Knead lightly on floured surface.
Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease surface.
Let rise, covered, until double in bulk.
Divide into 4 portions. Roll each into a 12-inch circle.
Brush each with 2 tablespoons of butter; cut each into 12 wedges.
Roll up from wide end, shaping into crescents.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until browned.
Rolls may be frozen after shaping into crescents.
