Sourdough Pancakes
Sourdough Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. 110~ water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In evening, put water in a large bowl.
Add yeast.
Add flour and beat.
Cover with a plate and leave in a warm place overnight. In the morning, add salt, sugar, eggs and baking soda dissolved in water.
Beat thoroughly.
Bake on hot griddle.
Pancakes are very thin.
Makes 24 to 40 pancakes which also freeze well.
