Soy-Oat Waffles
Soy-Oat Waffles is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soybeans, 1 1/2 c. oats, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soak soybeans overnight.
Combine in blender until foamy all ingredients.
(I prefer to use chop speed with 1/2 of the water on soaked beans until fine, then blend with the other ingredients.) Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
These waffles rise by steam, so take a little longer.
We prefer serving with fruit sauce.
