Stir-Fry Cashew Chicken
Stir-Fry Cashew Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Stir together soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and chicken broth. In wok or frypan, stir-fry chicken for about 3 minutes.
Add garlic, green onions, green pepper and mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Lower heat and stir in soy sauce mixture.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over cooked rice. Sprinkle with cashew nuts.
