Stir-Fry Chicken
Stir-Fry Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 small onion, quartered, 1 to 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Use large skillet or wok.
Fry chicken strips in oil over medium heat until chicken is opaque.
Add pepper, onion, garlic and carrots; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger and cayenne.
Add to chicken mixture.
Continue cooking and stirring until mixture thickens and glaze develops.
Add nuts and pineapple.
Stir until well blended. Serve over rice.
