Stir-Fry Vegetables
Stir-Fry Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 medium onions, quartered lengthwise, 1 medium green pepper, cut in 1/4-inch wide strips and 3 c. thinly sliced cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 3-quart casserole place oil, butter and onions.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 4 minutes until hot.
Stir in and mix well green pepper, cabbage, carrots, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
Microwave at High, covered, for 4 minutes.
Add meat and mushrooms and continue to microwave, uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes more.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
