Swedish Pancakes

Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar together in a blender on high speed.
Melt butter in a Teflon pan.
Pour butter into mixture.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into frypan and spread to the edges.
When it looks dry, flip it carefully for another 2 to 3 seconds.
Then take off heat, roll and place on a tray.
Serve with jam or jelly.
Serves 4 to 5.
