Swiss-Broccoli Soup
Swiss-Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour. In saucepan, heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups water until dissolved.
Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
Combine flour and 1/2 cold water; stir into broccoli mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
