Tabouli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cut grain bulgur wheat*, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 scallions (including greens) and 1 large fresh tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
