Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Warm tortillas in foil 10 minutes. Combine turkey, asparagus, dressing and cumin in medium size bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes; drain.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add drained turkey mixture; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Stir in tomato.
Make sure turkey is done, too.
Unwrap tortillas.
Spoon turkey mixture down center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese.
Roll up.
Serve with salsa, light sour cream or yogurt and shredded lettuce, if desired.
